No. Stitch is a web app that runs in the browser on Android, iPhone, tablet and computer. You can add it to your home screen and it opens like a normal app, with no Play Store or App Store download.

Each customer has a measurement sheet — bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, length and any custom fields you need, in inches or cm. They are saved once and come back automatically on every future order. Old values are never deleted, so you always have the history.

Yes. A boutique can add a customer by their Stitch ID, but the measurements stay hidden until the customer approves that boutique from a link sent to her. She can withdraw that permission at any time and the boutique stops seeing them immediately.

Never. Every boutique is fully separate. A customer can be linked to more than one boutique, but no boutique can see another boutique's customers, orders, designs or rates.

Yes. Every boutique gets a public page with its own web address showing your logo, banner, designs, rate list, videos, address, Google Maps location and WhatsApp button. You can turn the rate list on or off, and choose which designs appear in it.

Most boutiques do not. The Stitch public page already gives you a shareable link, WhatsApp and call buttons, catalogue, rates, map and a proper preview card when the link is shared on WhatsApp.

A customer can put her own photo in and see your design on herself before ordering. The photo is processed in her own phone and is never uploaded to any server.

Yes. You can add staff with their own logins and control what each of them can see. An owner or staff member who is also a customer can tick that in their profile and use both sides with one account.

The app is light and works on ordinary 4G and low-end phones. Screens are in simple English, and WhatsApp message templates can be edited in your own words before sending.

Yes. Ready-made messages for invites, measurement requests, quotations, bills, receipts and "your order is ready" open directly in WhatsApp with the customer's number filled in. You can edit any message before sending.

The data is yours. You can ask for an export at any time or ask us to close the account, and it will be removed.
