Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Stitch ("the service"), operated by Stitch (Hloo).
By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Account
Only the owner of a boutique, or someone they authorise, may create its account. You must be 18
or older. Keeping your login safe is your responsibility. Create separate logins for staff —
do not share one login.

2. What the service is
Stitch is software that helps a boutique keep track of customers, measurements, designs, orders
and payments. We do not stitch garments and we do not guarantee any boutique's work. Anything
agreed between a boutique and its customer is between them.

3. Measurements and body scan
A measurement produced by the body scan is an ESTIMATE, not a final measurement. Its accuracy
depends on lighting, clothing and posture. Confirming measurements before stitching is the
boutique's responsibility. Stitch is not liable for a garment stitched to an incorrect measurement.

4. Who owns the data
A customer's measurements and details belong to the CUSTOMER. A boutique can see them only while
the customer allows it, and the customer can withdraw that permission at any time. A boutique
may not export a customer's data or pass it to anyone else.

5. What you may not do
Extracting anyone's data without permission, attempting to break the service, accessing another
account, uploading unlawful or offensive content, or reselling the service are all prohibited.
Accounts doing any of this may be closed without notice.

6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not promise 100% uptime. The service may be
unavailable during maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the
previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or business losses.

8. Changes
These terms may change. We will notify you in the account for any significant change. Continuing
to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Stitch collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. We aim to
follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

1. What we hold
From a boutique: shop name, address, phone, email, GST number (if given), logo and photos.
From a customer: name, phone number, your measurements, and — only with your permission — a
try-on photo (see section 2).
Automatically: sign-in times, IP address and basic browser details, for security.

2. TRY-ON AND BODY PHOTOS
This is the important one, so read it carefully.

2a. On a boutique's public page
When you try a design on yourself, everything happens inside your own phone. The photo is not
uploaded and the boutique never receives it. If you tick "remember my photo", it is kept only in
this phone's own browser storage. Untick the box, or press "Photo bhool jao", and it is gone.
Clearing your browser data also removes it.

2b. Inside a boutique
Staff may take your photo in the shop to show you how a design would look. That photo is kept
only for as long as the screen is open, UNLESS you agree to it being saved. Saving happens only
when the tick box is marked with your permission. We record the date, time and policy version of
that permission.

2c. If you agreed to save it
A cut-out of your photo and a set of body measurement points are stored, so the boutique can show
you new designs without photographing you again. Only that one boutique can see it. You may ask
the boutique to delete it at any time and it is removed immediately, or write to us and we will
remove it. We delete saved try-on photos after 180 days of no use.

2d. What we never do
We do not sell, share or publish your photo. We do not use it to train any software. We do not
send it to any outside service — the cut-out and the body points are produced inside your own
phone, not on a server.

3. Why we hold it
To run your orders and measurements, to show a boutique the work it is doing, and to keep the
service secure. We do NOT sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing with a boutique
A boutique sees your measurements only when you allow it. Your dashboard shows exactly who has
access, and you can remove anyone at any time. A boutique cannot download or export your
measurements.

5. Your rights
You may VIEW, DOWNLOAD, CORRECT and DELETE your data. A deletion request is completed within
30 days. There is a button for this in your account settings, or write to support@hloo.in.

6. How long we keep it
For as long as the account is active. Data is removed 30 days after an account is closed, except
records we are required by law to keep, such as invoices.

7. Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and each
boutique's data is kept separate. Even so, nothing on the internet is completely secure — we take
reasonable measures.

8. Children
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold data about children.

9. Cookies
Only essential cookies, to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Refund & Cancellation

1. Free plan
The free plan is free forever. There is no fee, so no refund applies.

2. Founding Member
The first 100 boutiques get their first year free. No payment is taken.

3. Paid plans
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of paying, you get a full refund. Write to support@hloo.in —
we will not ask why.

4. After 7 days
No refund applies for that billing period. You may cancel at any time — the service continues
until the paid period ends and you are not charged again.

5. How to cancel
From Settings > Plan, or by writing to support@hloo.in. After cancelling, your data stays available
for 30 days so you can download it.

6. Refund timing
An approved refund is returned by the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
